Ozzy
31 minutes ago, malibuspeedrace said: My work is done here An Ohio State fan that wants to start something? That must be it. They should be ok this year but only if that defense improves off the awful play they had last year. Mind you that was all with a potential top 3 draft pick in 2020 with Chase Young, did hurt not having Nick Bosa but that did help Young develop more despite the awful D play. Kid is legit but the rest of that DL is a question mark big time. LB they are decent with Harrison and Borland and Werner I like as a 3rd round LB with some coverage ability. The secondary could be very improved with White being at safety which helped a lot last year, Fuller is decent and the corners Wade I love his upside and Arnette and Okudah are decent as well. They will miss Schiano no doubt but how they got Greg Mattison from Michigan I have no idea but that will help that transition potentially. Offensively they will obviously be good and are still stacked at WR despite losing so many to the NFL this past draft. Funny how many thought Haskins did not have that good of receivers to work with which was a pathetic joke, yeah they had 3 WRs run in the top 8 times at the combine for the position and all will make NFL rosters. Victor should have a breakout year he is a damn good athlete, Hill will be very good and Olave should continue his fine growth and Mack could be decent as well. Farrell is a big tall TE who can make plays also. At RB Dobbins will do great and sure they have some young guys in the wings. Fields is better than Martell sure but Fields will never be as good as Haskins was last year and I was not a giant fan of Haskins but he is far better than Fields will arguably ever be. Great for them though because things would look a lot different in terms of hope if he was not on the team. The OL is a big question mark also no real super stars in that group and see who can develop. Losing Urban will matter a ton, the guy is a great leader and proven Championship winner. His teams competed super hard and psychologically he was great at getting them to compete hard and fight. Not having him as the head coach will matter, Day is great but he is not Urban Meyer. Maybe it was just all the turmoil they had last year with the WR coach etc that caused the team to be so up and down last year. It will be a change that is for sure and curious how they do. Will see if Michigan can finally take them down but they have blew it late in the season for two years in a row now with very poor play to end the year. That Ohio State vs Michigan game last year, talk about a let down for Michigan that was a blow to them and might be hard to bounce back from. But they can recruit and consistently bring in new talent and players who can do some things. Nationally they will have competition for that 5 spot, LSU could rise up this year and be better than them, same with Texas, Florida, Oregon and Michigan State could be dangerous if they can finally find a passing game. Cephus's attorney said his client's legal representation has filed a petition for readmission to the university, asking for a response by Thursday. Yep, and the reason his buddies are trying to get social media talking is to make the 'no' as unpleasant as possible for UW. It's just weird. Like imagine Cephus going to sociology and one of the woman who testified under oath that he raped her is sitting there. If you ask out a woman who's a semi-regular at a bar, and she says no, you can't even go back to that bar anymore because it could be weird. But that doesn't even compare. Thelonebillsfan
"nonsense" that sure is a way to frame being on trial for rape. Me thinks these young men have issues with young women. Just a hunch. Edited August 6, 2019 by Thelonebillsfan

A relevant part of the case was where he quickly deleted stuff from his phone, so he'd fit right into OSU culture.
