Even if we land one that would give us a silly amount of talent at the line between the '21 and '22 classes. The other week Flood predicted Schrautch to us, and all experts have us getting Hinzman... I still think Schrauth ends up at Notre Dame.
RandyMossIsBoss
I follow Braelon Allen on Twitter and this kid is simply a freak in the weight room. Puts up preposterous numbers at his age and size. TBD if it translates on the field, but we know work ethic is there.

Genetic freak, flat out.
beekay414
The RB room this year is going to be really fun with Berger, Mellusi and Allen. I'm hoping Logan Brown and Jack Nelson run with their 1st team reps this fall. I don't mind Tyler Beach but I want to see what Brown has. Don't think we'll bench Logan Bruss for Brown either. Honestly, wouldn't be surprised if we have a rotation. We have so many talented OL, man. Davis, Pryor and CD should be a pretty damn good WR trio while Jaylan Franklin seems to be thriving in the TE2 role behind Ferguson. The talent is starting to show. Can't wait to see how we start off vs Penn State.

Notre Dame being pre-season ranked ahead of Wisconsin while starting our backup at QB is peak CFB polling.

Herbie_Hancock
Don’t know too much about this years team. Who’s our really good players? Just give me a basic run down if possible. Will be able to watch a lot more games this year.

Offense, obviously hope Mertz turns out to be legit but the RBs should be better than last year. Jalen Berger in year two, Clemson transfer Chez Mellusi is our #1 going into the Penn State game and then you have the 17 year old freak, Braelon Allen, as another RB expected to get touches. Pryor and Davis should provide stability at WR as they are both Super Seniors. Jake Ferguson could arguably be the best TE in the country when it's all said and done. You hope for growth from Chimere Dike or another young WR otherwise next year could be brutal at the position. On the OL, watch Jack Nelson. Kid is going to MAUL people.
