All depends on how the team finishes. A playoff win and he is probably off the hot seat like it or not.

I don’t think so. I think he’s gone if we fail to reach the NFC Championship game. He’s had more than enough time and opportunity to get there. If he fails again (which is a virtual certainty), then he should go.

I don’t disagree. Wish I could confidently say the Jones’s felt the same.

At some point, people have to stop crediting him for the team “finishing strong” (at times, anyway) and recognize that we’ve played ourselves out of discussion for a bye in the first month-and-a-half of three consecutive seasons.

And done so in incredibly irritating fashion, because we were the better team in many cases but poor coaching and an obvious lack of proper preparation did us in.

I think we'll see if Stephen is really in charge after this season if we do poorly. He has shown to be a bottom line kind of guy without the sort of attachments Jerry has.
