Dolphins release RB Mark Walton

Too bad he wasn't more talented so he could receive a short suspension then everyone could forget about it like they did with Tyreek Hill, Kareem Hunt and Adrian Peterson.

But, since he is who he is, he's done in the NFL. Dolphins will have to roll with Bellage and his like 1.0YPC

EDIT: added Kareem Hunt

I'll all for giving a player the benefit of the doubt.   Just it's a lot harder when:

1.  Dude got in trouble in MIA (UNI).

2.   Guy got arrested three times in the offseason in CIN.

3.  CIN thought this guy wasn't worth the trouble.  This is the same team that kept "make it rain" PacMan Jones for most of his really sketchy off-the-field stuff.

4.   MIA police arrest last night.

He could be cleared of all wrongdoing last night - but MIA is right to let him go if they feel the message about zero-tolerance is more important.   Frankly, they gave Walton a chance many other teams wouldn't have considered.  At the very least, Walton is guilty of bad judgment for getting into a heated situation.  At worst, he's a scumbag who should never play again.   Either way, the Dolphins are right to call it a day.  RB is the most disposable position around.  No need for this kind of drama.

If MIA is serious about zero tolerance against abuse, they'll cut Ballage in the offseason understanding it's torturing the fanbase and football fans in general to watch him play.

Ballage had 9 carries for 9 yds vs the Bills last week. So he's not really negative and not really positive. Just kind of neutral.

Edit: Added Frank Clark (3 Chiefs, hmmm). That organization only care if there is video.

Tyreek Hill is still in the league however

Probably because concerns that baby momma had mental health concerns that made it impossible to properly investigate.

If this is true...I’d be very surprised if he sees another down in the NFL. He pretty much told Kareem Hunt to hold his beer.
