I don't think we win this with Mason

not sure he takes some of those deep shots that duck did.

duck should remain the starter

I think with Mason this game there is multiple strip sacks and Interceptions.

The Cleveland defense did a better job than stats would imply of getting into the backfield the issue was Duck did a good job alluding pressure. Those long throws, they had decent coverage but were perfect throws and amazing catches. Rudolph has underthrown many of those this year. They wouldve been picked off today.

He did do well escaping pressure, but we hardly ever pressured him it felt like. There was so many occasions where he seemingly had all day to throw. But yeah, that's why I and other Browns fans were more worried about facing Duck than Rudolph.

I mean obviously in comparison the Browns weren't able to get the pressure that the Steelers were but that's about context the Browns weren't playing with a full deck

Just wanna say our Run Offense for the 2nd week in a row looked better WITHOUT Pouncey.

Fouts also said there is NO drop off! Time for a trade in the spring?

Correlation =/= causation. Our running game has looked better because (a) we've stuck with it and (b) we're running power as opposed to outside.

because of Finney and not Pouncey that is.

And winning in spite of Fichtner.

what would it be like with a legit OC though?

Finney might be better right now doing power run but he is not even 1/2 as athletic as Pouncey to move.  Finney will be a good OG replacement for Foster but he is not a legit center for the NFL.

You saw the difference in this game with heavy footed Rudolph vs a QB that can move in the pocket and out of it.
