The SEC doesn't want Oklahoma State, and Oklahoma won't go anywhere without Oklahoma State.

Well any attempt by the SEC to take Texas would result in complaints from A&M. So, OK State is their second choice for the school joining alongside OU.

Looks like Edwards-Helaire might miss the playoffs with a hamstring injury.  Would be a huge blow for LSU vs Clemson/Ohio State.

Any time you hear "went down immediately while juking in a non contact drill", that's potentially bad news and serious. I really wish Edwards-Helaire the best. That kid is tough and a lot of fun to watch. Here's hoping it's nothing serious.

“It wasn't immediately clear if the players -- starting defensive end Ronnie Perkins, running back Rhamondre Stevenson and receiver Trejan Bridges -- would also miss the CFP National Championship on Jan. 13 (8 p.m. ET, ESPN/ESPN App) if the No. 4 Sooners defeat the No. 1 Tigers in their semifinal game.“

It wasn't immediately clear what MWil23's net worth would be should he win the Powerball next week.

Again, the going rumor was that the SEC wanted no part of Oklahoma State.  And Texas refused to dump the LHN, which was a non-starter for the SEC.  The conferences are probably locked like this for a while.

Which is why Oklahoma won't be joining the SEC.  IF they're joining a conference, it'll be the Pac-12.
