That is a pretty common thing if that is her mantra. As someone with anxiety one of the tools I was taught to calm myself is a form of meditation where you basically just say your mantra over and over. He faired well last time, but he still took a bunch of punishment and eventually lost anyways. Plus Usmans striking has improved a bit since their last fight.
