I’m the exact same way. 

I also don’t wake up to an alarm. My body just knows when it’s getting close and I wake up on my own, usually about 30-60 minutes before my alarm. It’s almost every single morning, too. In the last year I bet my alarm has woken me up only about a dozen times. 

I also can just wake up and I’m good to go. I could probably enter in the middle of a conversation the moment I wake up and nobody would know I had been sleeping. I never have any morning grogginess or anything.
