In that scenario, it would be the equivalent if we had taking Jonah Williams with the 3rd pick last year. Would have been a reach in many people’s eyes. He didn’t get a chance to play, but say he becomes a solid 10 year starter, is anyone mad about that?

Josh Jones would be an option for me. Do I want a potential lockdown corner or a potential solid starter at LT?  I think the pick is Okudah though.

Hindsight..... Don't we love it. heh.

If Okudah was ours then Jets would lead NFL with most coverage sacks.  Why not?

.0001% chance this happens but lets say this is the draft

1. Bengals- Burrow

2. Redskins- Young

3. Lions- Tua

4. Giants- Wirfs

5. Dolphins- Thomas

6. Chargers- Wills

7. Panthers- Lamb

8. Cardinals- Ruggs

9. Jaguars- Jeudy

10. Browns- Becton

11. Jets- Okudah? Simmons? Henderson? Reach for an OT/WR? Brown? Kinlaw?

Say we can't trade back

Did you omit or forget Justin Herbert?    Jets should have a several trade offer for him at 11.  If JD acted like MM, we are _________.

Josh Jones or Higgins.  I choose Jones.  I can't wrap my head around Okudah or any 1st round CB.  I still suffer from PISD  (post Idzik Stress Disorder)

I don’t think Josh Jones is a reach at 11.

I don’t know what I’ll do. It’s either Josh Jones or Okudah.

Josh Jones for me.  And we have heard countless rumors about how JD likes him. I don't remember but did they meet with him at the combine?

Who has that list of Jets meetings????  Anyone???

just type in google search. it will lead you to a several sources.

Josh Jones had video conference with a bunch of teams including Packers, Patriots and Buccaneers.   Good chance that he will be taken in the middle of 1st so going to Jets may not be a big reach despite age.

I had a dream last night than the Jets drafted Cleveland at #11.

The more I think about it, the more I think it actually happens.

I dunno why, I just get the feeling that Cleveland is THEIR guy and rather than play games and move down to get more value, they take him at #11 to make sure they get him.

In my dream Becton, Jeudy and Wirfs were still on the board.

Hope that is not accurate.

Outside of the obvious days 1 & 2, I've bolded the ones that interest me the most.  Here is the Jets Interview Breakdown by position (using the Walter list):

OT: Wills, Thomas, Wirfs, Becton (twice), Jones
IOL: Ruiz, Hunt, D Williams, Harris, Onwenu, Murphy, Mauigoa, Bowen
WR: Jeudy, Lamb, Mims, Cager, Stewart, Victor
RB: D. Brown, J Robinson
TE: Breeland, Deguara (HBack), Ricci
QB: Morgan (draft him JD)

ED: Chaisson, Anae, Greenard, Okwara, Smith-Williams, J Williams
LB: Murray
DL: Murchison, Kamara, Cline
CB: Diggs, Fulton, Dantzler, Gladney, Bryant, Robertson, Davis, Rogers, Washington
S: NONE (it would have hurt Jamal's feelings)

That's not a dream.  That's a nightmare.  I keep watching Cleveland tape.  No way.  He is not a round 1 pick for anyone.

Some teams are willing to trade up, heard the Falcons may be a trade partner and want to grab a defensive player. If they trade up to us and we can get like a 3rd and 4th, that would be cool. There are a lot of players in round 3-4 I like.

Yea but Atl is in "no-mans land" when it comes to picks. At #16 the top OT's are gone and the top 3 wr's are prob gone... I wouldnt move out of that 1st tier unless i was getting a 2nd back. A 3rd is nice but I'd take quality over quantity there.
