I don't feel like being down 3 is that much this year, but they put up 7 runs in the 6th and 7th innings which is pretty late in a game. Of course, since they are in the west coast I was asleep by then. Also, Orioles set the record for giving up 100 HR's in the shortest amount of time. What is interesting with that stat, and why it matters with the Twins. The Yankees have hit the most HR's off of the O's this year, 29 in 10 games, so 2.9 per game, but the Twins have hit 23 in 6 games. A pace of 3.8 per game, which is amazing. Now that I live in Florida I went to the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimps game they other day. They had the Marlins number one prospect pitching. The food was good and they had $2 hot dogs. JDBrocks Posted May 22, 2019 Share Posted May 22, 2019 I said this in the Vikings forum, but the Twins should be looking at flipping Nick Gordon for pitching. 3/5 of the starting rotation hits free agency after this season, and the Twins are going to need to improve either the pen or the rotation to make a deep run this year. Haven't watched much yet ,mainly because it's been a lot of day games or I was out of town. I wish they'd get back on YTTV so I could watch outside or on the projector, but we do have a Comcast box.
