Braves are 8th. Probably wont be able to get one of the two big Georgia pitching prospects because of it.

We all know the Tigers love some hard throwing pitchers. Will this be the year that a prep righty goes first?

Eh, that was more when they had Dombrowski.

This pitching class is super strong and deep. A number of college arms could go 1.1, including Gilbert, Rolison, and Singer.

Where is a good place to find more information about the 2018 MLB Draft? Are there any position players worth the 1st pick? Tigers are really lacking in that department.

Draft is going to be pitcher heavy at the top.

This is more of a pitching heavy draft. The top position prospects are Griffin Conine, Greyson Jenista, Jeremy Eierman, and Nick Madrigal on the college side. Jenista probably has the most upside here but is the riskiest of all of them. You can make an argument for Madrigal if you think he's a 7 hit MI (or Jose Altuve). Can't see Conine going 1.1 since he's strictly a COF and Eierman has some swing and miss.
