adamq Posted July 28, 2023 Share Posted July 28, 2023 Noticed the Indiana Jones movies were on Disney+, decided to watch through them all.. I had seen bits and pieces of a couple but never the whole film. I was surprised by how bad Raiders was, yet still very enjoyable and kept me wanting more. Temple of Doom is wild and I would love it a lot more if Willie wasn't so annoying, but that's kind of the point of her character I suppose. Any random 33 year old who watches it for the first time would probably think it's hot garbage. Temple of Doom definitely has some cringe-y moments (parachute raft, the constantbad ADR for Willie) but for it I knew what kind of vibe to expect going in, a campy/fun adventure flick.
