onejayhawk
The Chiefs did not impress in game #2 and open as the underdog for the first time, -3.5. Turk Wharton saw more action in game #2. With Saunders on IR but Pennel back this week, this is one to watch. Sherman played only 6 snaps and Keizer only 11. For all the talk of increased running game, we were full on passing sets against the Chargers. Chiefs, Ravens and six other teams are tied for 5th in the league with 6 sacks. Chargers have 4. kingseanjohn
I see Sammy is in midseason form. Hopefully he continues his trend of showing up late season after sitting out.

But you can't argue that he isn't injured every single year. The only time he played in all 16 games was his rookie year.

KC_Guy
According to the Chiefs' official media guide Pennel has been activated and Hoyett reverted to the PS.
onejayhawk
The DT rotation will be interesting, with Saunders out and Nnadi still not 100%. I wonder how much Wharton plays. J
KC_Guy
Jones and Pennel up front, Nnadi and Wharton rotating in when they go with four DL. With better LB play I'd expect quite a bit of lighter (335) fronts, but as things are right now .. who knows
RedGold
Part of me hopes this is the game they start giving Willie Gay some specific packages.... The other part sees Isaiah Simmons struggling so much and makes you realize how athleticism doesn’t do much good without reading the proper things.

Do'D did not practice, see below. Your point about Simmons is good, because Gay is also learning a very different position than he played in college. Final injury report. Looks like Okafor will be out or close to it, so more Taco and Danna. I'm hoping the Shark is good to go, though. T&D gave us some moments, but the Chargers made better headway with Clark out. Chiefer
Chiefs have a bottom five deep pass percentage(20 yards or more) and are the worst tackling team in the league, (29 missed tackles) might be a long night in Baltimore, Or relatively quick lol

They need to put the pressure on the other team/coaches.
