He deserves the boot because of the atrocious play from the OL but Gase seems very hesitant to blame his individual coaches. Surely now the organization will take the decision out of his hands and he will be forced to replace him. No one has been announced yet, but I would guess his replacement is likely going to be Chris Kuper. Kuper is currently our assistant OLine coach.
