The rumor was that the team is expecting 4-6 games.

This one is really different than previous suspensions because this is the first time Roger Goodell isn’t making the decisions on suspension. We know Goodell would have went a full season + on Watson, but we really have no inkling on what Sue Robinson will do in her ruling.

Any rumor at this point is pure speculation - neither Watson or the league has anything to base their projections on, because Robinson is brand new to this process and has no track record (in football) to rely on.

Goodell can also superseded her ruling and give his own suspension lol

I don’t think he can supersede the ruling, per se - but the league can appeal the suspension, and that appeal is fully managed by Roger Goodell. He could add, subtract and keep any suspension as is (please note, this is contingent on Robinson ruling a suspension is warranted - if somehow she views no suspension is needed, the situation is done and Watson can play immediately).

This being said - How bad would it look if Goodell overruled her on the FIRST attempt of a unbiased 3rd party ruling? This was an agreed upon middle ground by the NFLPA and the Owners to limit Goodell’s influence. I’m sure the PA would accept it for what it is, but then go full out warlord come CBA negotiations.

Goodell might choose to do nothing, simply in the name of easier negotiations with labor down the line.

Browns probably win 4 out of the first 6 games with Brissett.  Yeah I'm in agreement the pick from them will be in the mid-late teens at best.

It's an incredibly easy schedule - hardest game in terms of SOS is Wk1 vs Panthers/Baker Mayfield.

Nick Chubb about to get a LOT of work.
