What an *** ! He seems more "checked out" than normal. His halftime conversation about everything being fine is just another example of the acceptance that the team is terrible. From the top to the bottom, terrible.

While I’m sure Rivera is focused in on the fact that they’re just two games back of the last wild card — and they get the chance to play those Panther bastards, so it’s really more like only one game back! — there’s nothing happening here this year. There’s no wide-open division race to stumble face-first into. Losing to Denver was the final nail in 2021’s coffin. Let Roullier recover fully and be back ready to go next season. And they should really think about letting Antonio Gibson get that toe surgery done now, as well, so he can actually be full speed again by camp.

Get the guys who are hurt the treatment they need and do not rush them back. At. All!! Play the younger guys. And if it means, say Heinicke, gets a little more banged up than we would like a franchise QB to be, then that's okay (because he's not one). Let's take our lumps/medicine for once and actually go about getting the ship righted correctly on a long-term course rather than chasing short term success that is ephemeral. One can only hope that we do.

Woz
So what you're saying @Thaiphoon and @e16bball is that we should go all in for another division run!
