The likelihood of making that kick has to be less than 3-5%. Santos is known to have a weak leg. He couldn't make it from anywhere near that distance in warm-ups. And even Justin Tucker, one of the most talented kickers in NFL history, barely made it from that distance in a much easier kicking stadium. At least with the Hail Mary you get the odd chance at a Pass Interference call.
