It's tough to get ANY pressure on opposing QBs with ALL 4 of a team's starting DL out. You can send extra rushers, but then too many receivers can be either staying in to block to give the QB enough time for his 1 or 2 key receivers to get open, or too many receivers run patterns and there aren't enough DBs and LB to cover them.
