Just not weather you want to be standing in for 4 hours. Most are in the edge sections of the upper deck so that wind will be consistently coming from multiple sides. Barmore and Collins are questionable as well as Dugger. Bills need to take advantage of their OL and secondary. If they do that they can win big. Bills can win this game in the first half if they get up on them. No excuses.
