Frank Costello
It seems like the coaches being brought in or mentioned, are a bunch of young 'yes men'. It seems the team and the FO are scarred for life by Zimmer. Anyone older with a large personality and or presence almost automatically getting skipped over. RpMc
Rauscher, Scott now both out/on the way out. Only hope is McCardell and Patterson.
SemperFeist
Assistant coaches can’t leave without the team releasing them from their contracts. So, obviously the team has other coaches in mind. I’m very curious as to who they’ll get as the o-line coach. Maybe…Assistant Head Coach/Offensive Line coach Bill Callahan? Hey, I can dream. However, the Browns’ assistant OL coach, Scott Peters could be an option. Edited February 9, 2022 by SemperFeist
Kparty15
We hired Ryan Grigson.. ☹️☹️☹️ He was a terrible GM for the Colts!

I hope you’re right. I would’ve rather just kept Spielman in that role though.

Keeping Spielman doesn’t change the culture within the building.
