I was just looking at some twitter breakdowns of his play and I thought he should be higher. External legal issues can turn a good prospect into an UDFA in the blink of an eye. Whatever other team with an upcoming pick that wants Strong, when you go OTC just send your pick to @New York Ham and you got Strong and Ham can make a different pick for them.
