It has the General in it, who is in multiple other MCU movies, and Tony Stark is in it. Everybody considers it canon. Not to mention Kevin feige helped produce it and it's listed as one of the movies in the cannon series according to every website out there. Is it simply because it wasn't a box office success?

Fresh Prince
I understand that yes it’s part of the mcu, I just doubt that most fans due to the casting change remember that it’s considered canon. Unless you’re fans like us.

No, just due to the casting change and it being so early in the MCU. Me personally the hulk in the MCU starts with ruffalo in avengers. Jakuvious
Incredible Hulk was definitely canon, in terms of the events that occurred, but it does kind of exist in it's own bubble at the same time. There's like two acknowledgements of anything that happened in the entirety of that movie throughout the rest of the MCU, and it's basically one comment Bruce makes about Harlem, and the existence of Thaddeus Ross 8 years later, and that's about it. It's canon, but it very much exists in it's own little bubble at the same time.
