With ABC starting to air 3 exclusive games next year, they should be modeled on 1990s MNF broadcasts, de-emphasizing the ESPN branding, using Edd Kalehoff's themes that debuted in 1990, a graphics package modeled on the one used in 1995 and 1996, and having Michaels, Kirk Herbstreit (replacing Frank Gifford both in the booth and as the narrator of the intros), and Dan Dierdorf on the call and Lynn Swann as sideline reporter, also with a version of the All My Rowdy Friends intro based on the one from 1994 and 1995. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
