BDL DraftThe BDL draft is very similar to the NFL draft: 7 rounds in which teams pick in the reverse order of the previous seasons, the BDL champion picking last in each round. There are no compensatory picks. Rookie contracts are now unlocked for the duration of the BDL Draft. (i.e You can trade a player after drafting him only for the duration of the draft.) It’s not in the BDL rule book but ties into the rookie players only being available during the draft. PFA Scramble At the end of the draft, each team submits a wish list of undrafted free agents to a forum member (bcb1213), and, just like for waivers, the player the team ends up getting depends on the draft order and the wish list of other teams. You can sign up to 2 undrafted free agents right after the draft. The 1st round of the PFA Scramble will follow the normal draft order. The 2nd round of the PFA Scramble will be a snake of the 1st round in reverse order. This is the language regarding the PFA scramble. We've changed how its done and never updated the language, so I get how thats annoying. This is an oversight, among other things that should be listed there. That said, it was discussed multiple times during the draft both here and in the Discord, iirc.
