But sometimes the prosecutor proceeds anyway. It was a misdemeanor charge...I doubt that even an over zealous DA will proceed with that if she's not cooperating. Likely somewhat relevant, Omenihu is a Spagnuolo DL from central casting. He's tall, long armed, quick for his size, and position flexible. This signing helps both at DE and at DT.
