No water, no life, no protective atmosphere from cosmic rays. No industry to replace anything you brought with you. Really difficult to get to. Living in middle of the North Pole, Sahara Desert or even bottom of ocean somewhere would be far easier and safer. There likely are no other planets like Earth that people could survive on without continual travel from Earth giving supplies. People say there are other Earth like planets because Universe is so, so big, but all the different factors that make Earth Earth make odds of another Earth so far fetched as to be impossible. You have to have exact gravity, exact distance from a Sun/star just like ours, exact magnetic, atmosphere, tectonic plates, water, etc. etc. etc. A bunch of different variables that all have to be true.
