I'm on the Marvin Mims trade. Might be wishful thinking, but if Cedric Tillman is there in the 3rd, you jump on him ASAP. Kayshon Boutte is also a low risk/high upside play here.

To be honest two players I have highly rated for you guys

Luke wyplwr center osu

Cody Mauch offensive tackle

Wypler is 100% on my radar - familiarity with Stroud is going to help him develop.

Weirdly, I haven't heard anything on centers, good or bad. I think it's a need too, but zero chatter on the position. I know we're high on Tank Dell (Houston WR) and Dorian Williams (Tulane LB). We'll also probably pick a RB somewhere on day 3. They worry about Pierce being able to handle the load the entire 17 games. They like Roschon, but the medicals worry them.

It's a decent crop.  Schmitz and Wypler are the two to target but OG/C Avila is more utile.

Maybe they really like Michael Deiter?

I have watched a bit of Roschon and he has a bit of Pierce in him, so I believe injuries may always be an issue. He is someone you want on your team though. Leader, tone setter, culture guy. I also believe he will be better pro than a college RB. I wonder with Stroud being on a rookie deal, if Texans will be more aggressive in FA. Ben Jones still out there along with some of the guys set to be released after Saturday.

Ben Jones is apparently concussed to the point to where he can't spell his own name (not literally, but it's bad). I think he's in the beginning of a Justin Britt slide - which is sad, Jones was a good dude.

I do agree that OL will find their way to the market in a few days, and a starting C will probably be found and added via Caserio special (1 year deal for little money).

I'll tell you a WR I wouldnt mind getting round 2 if we trade up.

Cedric Tillman.

He played hurt this past season but 2021, he dominated.  He went off against Georgia and Bama that year.  If he can go back to that form then we will have a potential number 1 WR.

Lance Z's mock has us taking CB Clark Phillips at 65 and TE Luke Schoonmaker at 73.

Notable people that are available after those picks.

WR Tank Dell

RB Devon Achane

WR Jonathan Mingo

OG/C Steve Avila

WR Rashee Rice

Rookie QB needs weapons. Get as many as you can. Glaring holes I can see. WR, LB, C are your biggest and overall team speed. Should be able to get all on Day 2/3.
