Yeah, I was going to look into the salary sliders today.  I'll give your suggested sliders a try @OkeyDoke21. I wondering if it will retroactively change the demands of the current FA or if will really only effect next years FA demands.

I would wait until the end of the season at this point.  We've almost simmed out the year.  The only issue we could run into is some of these guys retiring in the offseason because they were lingering around in FA.

Set the sliders for salary min to around 65, set the salary max around 82 and the salary curve betwenn 55-60.

It would seem that these setting would potentially raise the amount they are asking for?   Its currently 50 for both of these, bumping the max rating up to 82, to me, seems like it would nearly double what they are potentially asking for.  What am I missing with this?

I can wait until season over or playoffs to do this.

I can't remember exactly how it works (It's been a while, and I don't remember the wording used for the individual sliders, but those have been the approximate numbers for those 3 sliders that the slider makers use since the jump to PS5 -give or take 5, so I've just remembered them) but it makes the mid tier guys ask for less while the top tier guys still want big deals.  Maxing them all out makes players ask for less to where mid tier guys would take minimum contracts.

In case anyone is still watching this, my wifi finally was repaired and I simmed out the season.   The draft class is stacked and again, I have the better odds of getting higher picks (I had Clips pick this time and they had by far the worst record in league, and it wasn't close).  Both @MKnight82 and myself have trips until Thursday (ironic).   Hopefully we will jump back into this as I need to see Powell run this league :)

Biggest changed to the Neptunes roster is a new starting PG in Curry, and new starting Center in Nealy.  Nealy is a big step down from Mark Williams but Curry should be a significant upgrade from Brook Lane who started last year. Backup rotation will be PG Bonner, SG Jenkins, SG George, PF Lewis and C Moore.

Biggest changes to the Hustlers lineup was Powell moving to PG for some reason, his 3rd position in 2 seasons. Great job @Flatlyner . Rookie Bruno takes over at SF. PG Aldridge moves to the bench after two unimpressive seasons as the starter. Looks like his bench rotation was PG Aldridge, SG Soto, SG Jamison, PF Oakley and C Vugrinec.

Stevenson missed a bunch of games with an injury which really hurt the Neptunes record. Hustlers just sucked again.

Powell did not start the full season at PG.  I altered his position throughout year to see what worked.  He is, however, by far my best PG and actually has ratings that suggest he's a very good PG.  In user games, he just plain bullies opposing PG's.  Frazier didn't start a game that I'm aware of.  Rookie Vugrinec started at the 4 for a lot of the year.   Alridge didn't improve much at all, so he's a backup only sadly.  My scouts failed me badly with him.

My plan with Powell was to have him be my 3, but that also is Bruno's best position, so he's likely my 2 going forward because Hill is looking like a bust also, with little improvement in the offseason and already getting up there in years.  I played Powell at the 1 this year to get my best lineup on the court and try to get into the play in.

Had a family emergency that made me pause this for a few days.  I'm going to try to start working on a draft board and hopefully we will draft in a few days.

Wishing you and your family the best, man.  Take your time.
