Roach would be in way over his head. The 49ers tried something like it when their entire qb room went down against the eagles in the playoffs and CMC had to be plugged in iirc. It just doesn’t work, even if the person played qb in their life. If you run a rb toss pass with ro, it might go okay, but I imagine he’d throw about 1 int for every 4 passes or so if he had to throw with any sort of regularity.
