Pickett has a lot of him in him in that he needs an actually competent OC to work with him to see if this is his cieling. That said, his cieling isn't going to be an All-Pro by any means. Last year he flashed the clutch factor in close games and in the pre-seaosn he looked good. But so far this season he has played the worst I've ever seen from an NFL quarterback.
