The concern really has nothing to do with this year. What gives you any remote confidence he will play more than half the games next year? The guy clearly has shoulder issues (now in both shoulders). You can't play CB with that. This is going to be a yearly thing. Even if you keep Jaire, Packers will need to add a CB pretty high in the draft and plan for the likelihood that he will continue to miss games next year and beyond.
