Also contrary to multiple other receivers at this point can play inside or outside, has a complete receiving tree. Unlike most receivers we have that specialize in one skillet. To not quite as big or explosive as the upper 3, I’ve seen McConkey discussed as the 4th best WR, even saw a couple scouts talk about how competitors needed to trade ahead of KC if this looked like it was possible. Since that comes at the cost of upside, it's a bad tradeoff. He's good for YAC but his catch radius is weak for this level. I like McConkey around #45-#50. There are ten players I would rather have who should be on board at #32. The ten picks indicate where we should start considering him a serious option. After all, we could trade back. I would rather have finally a WR that was good at everything, though maybe lacking that one spectacular trait, then start looking at guys at pick 64 who are going to have significant gaps. And trading back is an option, but you don’t get to decide what players are picked. Look what happened with the Moore pick. As things are stacking up right now we’re going to need 2WRs, one that can play likely right away. I’m not necessarily taking step on the field as WR1 out of training camp, but someone who can play, that can contribute and, which seems to be a challenge for at least 1 if not all 3 of our IF ONLY WRs…can learn the playbook. mayanfootball
My last mock before the draft tomorrow: 32. Ladd McConkey, WR, Georgia; do it all WR 64. Roger Rosengarten, OT, Washington; big need 95. Dominick Puni, OG, Kansas; another need at LG 131. Javon Baker, WR, UCF; another need 159. Tommy Eichenberg, LB, Ohio St.; gotta replace Willie Gay 173. Isaac Guerendo, RB, Louisville; another need; insurance

onejayhawk
Trade: Det gets #32, #131, #173. Chiefs get #29, #209 29: EDGE Chop Robinson - Penn State 64: WR Xavier Legette - South Carolina 95: OT Kiran Amegadjie - Yale 159: TE Ben Sinnott - Kansas State

The rest of the picks are great but, unfortunately, not very realistic I think. Legette maaaay slide to 64 but I think Kiran is going early Round 3 at the latest and Sinnott is not going to Day 3, much less to Round 5.

Though I’ll be honest I don’t know enough about chop and whether he can move around the line.
kingseanjohn
While I didn't watch every WR in this class, here's my ranking for the 20 that I did.
