Could have easily broke off that route and come back towards the football to make it an easier throw and still had nobody within fifteen yards of him. Don't fully know how to explain it, but he is one of the lest athletic, athletic people I have ever seen. Yes, hes quick and has good footwork, but hand eye coordination is questionable at best and has no ability to adjust to the ball in the air. Any amount of contact and you can pretty much guarantee he isn't coming down with the ball. I love Javonte, but him and Russ are not on the same page with check downs more often than not and I don't think Javonte is offering anything that Perine doesn't in this iteration of the offense.
