Thier record the past 20 years says otherwise. The other two organizations Despite thier own failures have made multiple playoff appearances, finished higher then then 3rd place in thier own Division more times over that time frame. Assuming they make the playoffs this season that will only be the 3rd time in 21 years. 4th time if you want to go back 32 years. Landslide! Norv Turner went 59-43 lead a top 5 offense 5 out of 6 seasons he was there. He also went to the playoff three times, and to the AFC Championship.

He clearly doesn't know what he's talking about, recency bias and all. 🥃

Brees, Rivers, LT, Merriman, Turner, Vincent Jackson, Gates, Cromartie, Donnie Edwards, Jamal Williams, Jammer and Lorenzo Neal. Could go and on. Chargers were fighting for chips… Browns been picking bums

Norv is a brilliant OC but does nit have the leadership personality nor any roster building skills.

And 2007 was the last year when the Chargers had a great roster. Marty had better personnel during his time there and never won a playoff game. Xenos
@JammerHammer21 do you see Jim Harbaugh as a fit for the Chargers assuming he does leave Michigan? Obviously I’m sure you want him to stay.
