Dak has a private QB coach like MOST nfl QBs. In fact, the SAME EXACT coach as: Coaching career Beck has worked with players such as Tom Brady, Matt Ryan, Drew Brees, Andy Dalton, Blake Bortles, Jared Goff, Matthew Stafford, Carson Wentz, Marcus Mariota, Trey Lance, Zach Wilson, Justin Fields and others. Dak is in his 30s, bro. He’s not a teenager. He’s not a kid. He’s not even a younger NFL player. This isn’t a camp. Position Coaching is not why he struggles. DaBoys
Brock Purdy beats out Trey Lance so Lance must be garbage, but Dak gets the brakes beat off of him by Purdy every chance he gets.

As a professional, it's his job to find and work with the best coaches on and off the field. If he never took the initiative to do that early on, that's an indictment on Dak, not an opportunity to continually apologize for his inability to win when it matters. One could assume that if the owner asked-demanded-requested it, then the owner would pay or need to pay for it. I doubt the owner (NFLPA probably keeps an owner from doing that) can make a player work with a private coach. Again, if so, I'm sure the player would be like fine, you pay for it. If a player hires a private coach, it's because he takes the initiative and likely does it on his own.
matt79511
If there’s one nice thing we can all say about Dak, it’s that he’s clearly gotten the most out of his physical ability. Dude has a football field in his backyard. I don’t doubt he’s had the best private coaching time and money can afford. You could reasonably pin some of the playoff/“big game” losses on a lack of team wide preparedness and some game management miscues though.
