Ryan Wood  -   Pretty sure literally nobody saw this coming. A left field hire. But what does Matt LaFleur need most? Someone to operate, organize and run his defense as a head coach. Hiring a head coach helps.

-Hand on the ground 4-man defensive fronts

-Press man cornerback coverage

-Roaming center field free safeties

Basically, the complete opposite of what we've been used to.
