Unless some of those players remain on the PS the entire season. Looking at his roster, he could play Porter all season and keep him for 1 tag, then play Bland for 7 games at CB and 9 games at FS, keeping him for 2 tags. He'd still be able to play another player for 7 games and keep that player with 1 tag (or a rookie that played the entire season).
