rlon
Interesting that the strength coached grade output relatively better than other areas, yet their F graded owner got rid of those guys.

mwalker
Ha. I just came here (late) to post on this. It's a very bad look and adds to the narrative that the Steelers ownership is stuck in the past with regard to maintaining investment and policy. I thought AR's commentary afterwards "Well, I don't know many players that are architects" was really not good. Even if you're not the wealthiest, no reason to accept that obvious of a sign that the family atmosphere should extend to more than just friendly practices. It should be embarrassing and acted upon. JustPlainNasty
So its pretty much they want a family room for games and daycare and its on the owner to grease the wheel. Sounds like they could use more therapists. Edited February 29 by JustPlainNasty

Sounds like they could use more therapists. Better weight rooms, better recovery facilities, better food, better locker room, players don't like sharing facilities with an NCAA team (and were pointed to make sure they said we're the only ones to do so). Basically everything but coaching ranked bottom 5 in the NFL. And considering the last 5 improvements to Heinz Field Acrisure Stadium were all funded purely out of Rooney's pocket and the County did little, I'm sure they won't care one bit to do it on their own. Time to build your on facilities and lockers and tell Pitt to kick rocks that they have enough boosters worth far more combined.
