RaidersForever
In principle, I don't mind beefing the trenches because I still think that's where games are ultimately won -- but the Raiders have to take a QB somewhere in the first three rounds.

I'd have questions if we pass Ruke Orhorhoro like that. Looks like Denver will make Drew Sanders a full time EDGE this year, so I'm not sure how high they would look for an EDGE in this draft. On 2/29/2024 at 12:34 PM, Football_Bachelor08 said: Denver: Jacob Cowing, WR Great. I'd consider Luke McCaffrey or Rosemy-Jacksaint, but can't complain with Cowing. On 2/29/2024 at 12:34 PM, Football_Bachelor08 said: Denver: Jared Wiley, TE Perfect, if we can't land Sinnott or Theo Johnson. Wiley and Barner are the other guys I'd look for. Denver really could use another pass catching TE. On 2/29/2024 at 12:34 PM, Football_Bachelor08 said: Denver: Chau Smith-Wade, CB Also perfect. Right range I think we would look for a CB and the right guy for this range too. On 2/29/2024 at 12:34 PM, Football_Bachelor08 said: Denver: Caeden Wallace, OT Not really familliar with Wallace, but can't complain on taking a sip at the OT class. Think we might prioritize a rusher DT, a C and a LB over a few positions, but A grade mock for us.

INbengalfan
Bengals draft hits needs. The only pick I can't see happening is a punter, since we took one last year, so why start another cycle of rookie punters usually suck for a third year in a row. We are having lots of interviews with WR’s and RB’s at the combine. Cooper needs more help and that Chubb injury are big deals

On 2/29/2024 at 10:34 AM, Football_Bachelor08 said: Jacksonville: Xavier Legette, WR Sure. Id prefer Polk but both fit the size. On 2/29/2024 at 10:34 AM, Football_Bachelor08 said: Jacksonville: Zak Zinter, IOL Solid choice. Should take the LG spot. On 2/29/2024 at 10:34 AM, Football_Bachelor08 said: Jacksonville: Tykee Smith, S Unless we cut Jenkins there's no need. We have 4 safetys and a draft pick from last year(hallett who we PS for entire year and futured dealed him). Needs: edge 3, Interior pass rusher, RB, OT, C. On 2/29/2024 at 10:34 AM, Football_Bachelor08 said: Jacksonville: Tommy Eichenberg, LB Baalke usually drafts a LB every year. Not sure we really need 1 tho. We have 4 guys he has drafted/signed and we keep 5 and usually lb 5 is just special teams. Use the needs from other 4. On 2/29/2024 at 10:34 AM, Football_Bachelor08 said: Jacksonville: Justin Ebiogbe Sure. We could use a younger DT guy. On 2/29/2024 at 10:34 AM, Football_Bachelor08 said: Jacksonville: Jase McClellan, RB Meh. I feel he's not special. Id look at Myles Cole or Greenfield. On 2/29/2024 at 10:34 AM, Football_Bachelor08 said: Jacksonville: Xavier Thomas, EDGE Decent pick. Edge 3 imo is more important early vs a 6th. On 2/29/2024 at 10:34 AM, Football_Bachelor08 said: Jacksonville: Walter Rouse, OT Sure. Still think he's more of an UDfA tho. Id look at a K or a RS like Gould
SteelKing728
If the goal is to get a QB, why in the world do you skip on one in round 1 to get one in round 2? That decision likely gets the Vikings GM fired immediately after the draft.

You don't pass on a QB for anything.
MOSteelers56
I don't think the Steelers will draft a RB at all, let alone in the 3rd. We've got two good ones now.

Anyway, here's my first attempt at a full 7-round mock FIRST ROUND Jacksonville: Quinyon Mitchell, CB SECOND ROUND Jacksonville: Xavier Legette, WR THIRD ROUND Jacksonville: Zak Zinter, IOL Works for me. I don't love DB in the 1st, but grabbing one like Quinyon there, i can get on board with that on upside and relative need. It really works for me though, because getting Legette in the 2nd just sews up exactly one of the things i'd prioritize in the 1st anyway with a really good talent and fit. I'm not wild about Zinter, but at that point in the draft, beggars can't be choosers and it's absolutely a good spot to address. Guy has plenty of starter potential and all that winning pedigree and whatnot, so i'll call it absolutely solid as a mock pick.

Christian Jones, Austin Booker, Cade Stover, and Mehki Wingo are all on the board. It's too bad you couldn't give them Blake Fisher. He would have been perfect. Vaki is not a bad pick since a developmental S is on the to do list, but any of the next four picks--Gonclaves, Randolph, Sinnott, Gabe Hall--are better.
