Gonna have to think about the rest. Mcvay is rumored to retire every year. I think he falls.
raidersedge
Its Reid, McVay at 1 & 2. I personally might just take Andy Reid simply because everything in the NFL is temporary, If I have Reid for 4 years as my HC so be it. I don't think there is any guarantee McVay will be coaching much longer.
FrantikRam
I think its McVay 1 and Shanahan 2, then Reid 3. All have taken two QBs to the Super Bowl (which is a pretty rare feat for a HC), but only one of them has the GOAT QB in his prime. I give McVay the edge thinking they will not end up in the same division in a redraft, which likely means slightly less success for Kyle and slightly more for McVay, and they're already pretty close as it is. HoboRocket
Cardinals pick at 4, so there are only 4 relevant prospects to me: 1. McBae - easy pick. 2. Big Red - easy pick. Could maybe get the oldest franchise in the NFL their first Super Bowl victory. 3. Matty McD - he's a genius and he fits the Valley of the Sun aesthetic. 4. Dan Campbell - take that, Kyle. If we were getting GMs I would trade up to draft John Lynch #1 overall though. Edited March 6 by HoboRocket

Niners roster was built by shanny>> Way better track record.
