I think the very real squeeze that top end contracts (including qbs) have put on even top contenders have pushed the top end contracts down a bit. I think that the stronger middle tier guys will feel the salary increase, but I'd guess that we are unlikely to get a Nick Bosa contract for a non-qb this year.
