However, the media needs to blast Stefanski for the way preseason was handled. Aside from the obvious with Watson, it’s because there’s an obvious rebuild and we are still 3 years from it being able to happen while having little to no salary cap room and minimal draft assets and all of our currently good players gone or past their primes. 2027 is going to be 2017-2018 minus the war chest. This is probably our last year with this group of players. Conklin will be gone, probably Chubb and Cooper. Bitonio will probably be gone the year after along with several other lesser guys.
