Once the Seniors Screening Committee has completed its work, the separate Seniors Blue-Ribbon Committee will make additional reductions in several increments. In late fall, the Seniors Blue-Ribbon Committee will select three Seniors as finalists for possible election with the Class of 2025 presented by Visual Edge IT.

    _______________

Three from this list seems insane to cut from. I am a Raider fan and I I'd struggle to pick just three Raiders alone from this nomination.

Here are some names that jump out to me:

Ken Anderson - Even if his lack of SB wins makes him "feel" like he's not a HOFer, he is statistically prolific and a better than a lot of QBs already enshrined

Sterling Sharpe - One of the greatest receivers of all time. He needs to be in yesterday.

Joe Jacoby - I find it really unusual how the LT on the Hogs is not in the HOF

Henry Ellard - His stats are HOF worthy. Every bit the player that Art Monk or Andre Reed were, just didn't have playoff success.

Bubba Baker - If you believe in PFR's unofficial sack statistics, he has to get in

Too Tall Jones - Perhaps not as dominant as people hoped, he was still a very good player for a very long time, and of course a absolute freak. Kind of like Julius Peppers

Mark Gastineau - Pretty sure he's not in because he was a ****, but he obviously belongs

Karl Mecklenberg - I don't know much about him, but people from that era all seem to agree he belongs

Clay Matthews - Like Too Tall, he was just a very good player for an extremely long time.

Lester Hayes - He's not in because of stickum. But who really cares about that in 2024? 18 INTs and a Super Bowl in one year is incomprehensible

Jack Tatum - He's not in because of Stingley. They both passed a long time ago, it's time to move on and acknowledge a football icon.

Everson Walls - Pretty much everything I've read describes him as a bonafide HOF CB. Is he really not in the HOF because of The Catch?

Harvey Martin - Don't know much about him, but look at his stats, particularly in the playoffs!

Jim Marshall - Please let this man, not just a video of a certain play, in the HOF already. He's in his 80s FFS.

Mad Bomber - One of the defining QBs of the most important era in NFL history

I admit I don't know half of the other guys lol

Joe Jacoby needs to be in since years ago.  Some of his Hog contemporaries are in, and why he isn’t despite his longevity and his play at a high level, has really baffled me.

He's probably the 2nd most deserving OL that is eligible but isn't in the HOF right now behind Willie Anderson.
