My sense of humor is great. Like, I found it hilarious that you thought a dude with “redsoxsuck” as his username not only was a Pats fan, but also a Red Sox fan. I did find that hilarious, especially with the little diatribe going on and on about it as the cherry on top. Now that was funny!

You defending his pride, the pride of his crappy team. While the dude is in bet with a Brady jersey. Fascination all across. But tell me, what did convo add but a few extra post? And I knew what it meant, I was just you know making fun of the guy of a team he hates…

TheKillerNacho
Definitely hasn't lived up to his draft billing but he's still a starter in the league which is more than I can say about a handful of 1st rounders each draft after four seasons... so I don't think he really comes close to being on any bust list.
SodeeWater_Cheezburger
Has he been declared a bust? That's news to me. Maybe we should give him a year of working with Cousins and see how he does before writing him off.

Year 2: Mariota sucked at getting him the ball, was open all the time. MCL and PCL injury hurt him and robbed 8 games. Year 3: Ridder sucked at getting him the ball. Wasn't as open, still feeling issues from MCL and PCL injuries in 2022. Year 4: Still not getting a ton of targets, but not really featured in the game yet. Kirk been rusty. Let's have this conversation again at the end of the year before we call him a bust. HE didn't look like one as a rookie. You have to come to a point and accept that a player is who they are. I had to do it with Jalen Reagor and Andre Dillard. Sure there were excuses for both of them in their first couple.uesrs, but then there's just no more ways to justify them not producing. Eventually the buck stops with them.
Mr Bad Example
I missed this zinger because I forgot about the 2021 draft... Where does Kyle Pitts rank among recent draft busts? At worst, #3 behind the two players drafted right before him. I mean, if you think the Falcons are kicking themselves for drafting Pitts, he's contributed FAR more than Trey Lance, and still has some promise, unlike Zach Wilson. And look at what SF gave up in order to draft Lance. Edited September 20 by Mr Bad Example
Apparition
If the Falcons don't want him anymore, he's welcome in New England 🥺

It's all relative. Wasn't trying to proclaim Pitts as a bad football player, but if you're considering the context of a tight end 4th overall? Yeah, he's a bust. Stop watching Falcon breakdowns from guys on youtube have no idea what they are actually breaking down. The Falcons have basically admitted he’s a bust since he’s the #4 read on most plays right now. Even McCloud is a designed read before Pitts, lol. If Pitts was good, he’s be the #2 read on most plays.

Hell, there are dozens of other white tight ends you could have brought up as a better comparison. Think of it this way. Bijan Robinson isn't as fast as Chris Johnson or as powerful as Earl Campbell, therefore he's Lendale White. Maybe, but he doesn't have Lendale White's six-pack abs! jrry32
IMO, Kyle Pitts is like Greg Olsen. Once he finds a coach who will use him correctly, he's going to do big things. That might be Atlanta this year as the system comes together and Kirk regains his form. We'll see. He's a big-time athlete and has exceptional hands. Does he have his flaws? Sure. But if you scheme around them, he can be highly effective.
