How many games in a row have the Twins won now? How many out of the last 15?

11 and 4 in their last 15. It's only at 3 game winning streak thus far. They were 16 and 12 in May and 15 and 12 in June. Really after a horrible start to the season they have been on fire. After their first 20 games at 7 and 13 the Twins are 45 and 26.

@Heimdallr I'm planning on going to a United game soon. Who are the big players to watch this season? I feel like I keep seeing Lod's name around?

Lod is probably the best player, along with Pukki, Oluwaseyi, Hlongwane, Rosales, and Boxall.

The transfer window opens in a few days so hopefully some new signings come in, because it has been a really rough 2 months. So many people have been gone on international duty or injured. We need bodies.

Twins have  now hit HR's inn 28 straight games. That ties them for the 2nd longest streak in MLB history. 31 is the longest streak.

Also split the double header with the White Sox yesterday. Gave them another series win. The first game was disappointing though, they had the starter on the ropes in the 1st and failed to deliver.

Terrence Shannon Jr was an absolute dude in his first summer league game, kid got four dunks and 3 were before half time.  Amazing slasher, great finishing at the rim and attacking the basketball, great in transition as well and really pushed the ball.  For a big guard he could be a fine pro and will be a great backup for when Edwards goes to the bench during the season.  Easily was the best player on the court in this summer league game.

Dillingham had a rough day shooting no question but showed flash as a ball handler and knows how to create his own shot just did not fall for him.  He needs to get stronger as well, Shannon already is strong proven by being in college 5 years but he is good and ready to go right now.

Daishen Nix was impressive for a stocky 225 pound PG, very tough physical defender which will be great if need be.  He honestly has taken the place of Clark as the defensive PG I feel for the future.  Nadir Hifi is a rookie and looked very promising as well, good ball pressure and tempo guard, but Nix for a kid that never went to college and went straight to the G league, he looks very physical and could be a good 3rd PG if they are looking for that.

There big men were not much in that game, Minott looked good but he is a thin win guard.  Miller is their best big in the summer league and he got hurt so hopefully that is not long term because they could go deep in the tournament for summer league.

They have Minnesota born players in Tyler Wahl and Gabe Kalscheur on the team but neither one played.  Both solid pickups, Kalscheur is a great defender and at times can be a knock down 3 ball shooter and Wahl is a tough rangy forward who is physical and can get to the basket.

MINNEAPOLIS — The city of Minneapolis hopes to become the new hosting location for the iconic Sundance Film Festival.

Minneapolis bid organizers announced that the city had been selected as one of 15 cities to provide a full proposal to the film festival. Minneapolis submitted the proposal on June 21. If accepted, Minneapolis would host the film festival in 2027 and beyond.

Leaders behind the cross-sector bid, including Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, say the city is uniquely poised to host the film festival:

"With our thriving arts and entertainment scene, diverse cultural heritage, and passionate film community, Minneapolis is the ideal backdrop for the Sundance Film Festival. There is no city that embraces the arts quite like we do — and Minneapolis already has a long history of supporting independent filmmakers and their art of storytelling. Sundance would be a welcome addition to our theater community, and we're excited to throw our hat in the ring to host this world-renowned festival."

The Twin Cities (not just Minneapolis) would be an awesome location for Sundance!
