So I can't be reckless like FFMD and just push everything off the the future. Bradham's 2018 cap hit I would match is 8 million which is more than doable, it balloons to 12 million in 2019 which hurts me then goes back down in 3 then up again in 4 where now he can be cut. I jumped out and filled that Speed WR role with John Brown, that #2 TE spot with Luke Wilson and retained Bradham, so that doesn't leave much room in Free Agency. Got about $18 mill left and $11 million left in 2019 space, so I am going to offer mostly 1 year deals at this point to build depth. My plan is to be bargain basement shopping for a couple rounds and let all the other teams throw around big money. A player's APY drops 10% every round he goes unsigned, so in another round or two I'll see if I can get some pretty good role players and a discount. Areas I still need to fill in free agency. Backup RT or LT, Backup QB, Slot CB, 3rd or 4th S, LB Depth ( MIKE or SAM) 3rd TE Return Specialist (maybe one that can serve as the backup slot WR) My focus positions on the draft will be OT 3rd or 4th S LB Depth (MIKE or SAM) DE and DT rotational depth Speed/pass catching RB Can also fill anything mentioned above that I don't get. Raiders trade 1757 Vadal Alexander RT/G pick 227(7th round) Eagles trade pick 171(round 5) Missed out on Henderson. Hell, even Matt Tobin got signed. Alexander is still on a rookie deal and has had some bright moments at RT for the Raiders.
