Back 2 Back! Lehman has his best game of his young nfl career. Quin has really turned in to a dominant receiver, and is now 90 ovr.

One more game and I will post some mid season stats.

WR SHAYNON SAMUELS 6 CTH 91 YDS
OLB LESTER MURPHY 8 TAK 2 SAK
CB CARRINGTON GRAHAM 7 TAK INT

Another really close game. I am really pleased with how this season has gone now. A ton of close losses, couple wins mid way through. Hopefully I can take that momentum through the 2nd half of the season and end with 5 or 6 wins and set myself up for a playoff push next year.

Formatting note, I will be removing TIme of Possession from the game stats because every single time the winning team wins ToP, making it irrelevant.

Would anyone like to see me add any different game stats? Please comment in here because I aim to please.

These are some pretty depressing stats. I have forced 6 turnovers and I'm not generating any pressure. That DL is brutal and definitely needs a talent injection this offseason. I hate to say it but there's a good chance I draft on need this year because otherwise the roster looks pretty promising

There is madden's classic tie. honestly I'll take it. Miami is 1st in the division since Tom Brady has retired. I'm 3 games back, and while it;s a long shot to win the division, this doesn't hurt.

Boom. Here is the statement game... even though the Giants aren't a good team, we have yet to dominate a team. 24 point win with no turnovers is amazing. The Bills are 4-1-1 in their last 6 games.

Ouch. 3 picks for Lehman and a division loss. This one definitely hurts the division chances. Luckily, the Dolphins and Jets both also lost, so I'm still 2 games back

Spoiler alert - this is probably the worst linebacker draft class I have ever seen.

I think we're getting enough info from each game. I don't have any complaints.

And Lehman's leading ROY votes, right? He's gotta be.

He is, yeah. He is 10th in AFC OPOY, 1st in OROY. WR Pierce Stanley is 2nd in AFC OROY. If you remember, the LB Ross Arnold that I liked in this past draft is leading in DROY for the Bengals. The two corners I took are 5th and 7th due to the lack of turnovers my defense is generating.

Another important win here. I'm not exactly sure how this is happening, but everyone else in the division is choking. Both the Jets and Dolphins lost again, so we are only 1 game back with 3 games left to play. That division loss to the Patriots might come back to bite me in the Bill Butthole

AFC PLAYOFF PICTURE
BENGALS 10-3
JAGUARS 10-3
TEXANS 9-4
BRONCOS 8-5
STEELERS 8-5
BROWNS 8-5
CHIEFS 7-6
DOLPHINS 6-6-1
TITANS 6-7
BILLS 5-7-1
JETS 5-8

As you can see, I have no shot of a WC spot, so the only hope to make the playoffs is to win the division. The Dolphins are 2-1-1 in the division, the Bills are 2-2-1, and the Jets are 3-1. My game next week is against the Jets and if I lose, it can effectively eliminate me from division contention if the Dolphins win.

Just an update on the Seahawks, who's 2nd round pick I own - they are currently 4-9 and are sitting with the 5th overall pick. Let's hope they continue to lose

Lehman and Quin go absolutely MASSIVE in a very important divisional game! 232 yards and 2 TDs for Quin would usually be enough to win a offensive player of the week award, but Lehman takes it instead with his amazing performance. The Dolphins also won, and I'm out of division games.

AFC EAST STANDINGS
DOLPHINS 7-6-1 2-1-1
BILLS 6-7-1 3-2-1
JETS 5-9 3-2
PATRIOTS 5-9 1-4

The Dolphins play both the Jets and Patriots to end the year. I lost and tied to the Dolphins. so the only way I THINK I can win the division is if I win both games and the Dolphins lose both. If we end up with the same record, their H2H record should push them ahead of me. That is going to be tough - I play the Raiders [6-8] and Eagles [11-3].

HUGE. The Dolphins lost! We are now tied going into week 17. I have to win, and the Dolphins have to lose. Shredrick Phelps has the best game of his career, with a pick six and a forced fumble and recovery, and it's enough to earn him AFC defensive player of the week.

After starting the year off 0-5, I never thought w would have a shot at winning the division. Even if we don't, this year exceeded my expectations and Bill Butthole will be very pleased.

I attribute this excellent 2nd half of the year to the development of this young secondary. Phelps is now 88 ovr, and rookies Carrington Graham and Lester Beck are 86 and 85 respectively.

Ouch. Lehman reminds us all that he is still a rookie, and has his worst game of the year in the most important one. Insult to injury? The Dolphins lost.
