Get real, he put up 8 WAR in his rookie season despite having a stretch of TWO MONTHS where he could barely swing a bat due to injury and hit about .100. The rest of the year he was basically Barry Bonds. A guy who plays like Barry Bonds 2/3rds of the year his first year is never going to hit .284 again because his strikeout rate is elevated? He's always had the biggest frame, most power, fastest bat, and strongest arm in baseball. He's always been crazy athletic. He can hit a 500 foot homer, steal a base, rob a home run, and walk 3 times in a game. How many guys can do this ****? He's a freak. The surprising thing isn't that he's turning into a superstar its that he wasnt a bigger prospect to begin with.
