Best (but not completely realistic)for me would be: ONeill-Gosset-Elflein-Isadora-Reiff ONeill impresses so much he wins the LT position. Gosset and Isadora beat out the vets to give us two young Gs. Our OL is set for years to come
vikingsrule
Hopefully the staff can develop this guy. Experience and versatility is there, would be nice if he could stick around as a backup at the least.

Gossett is slightly better for us. He does move better in space than Isidora. Both tho are great run blockers.

Several people here are talking him up, but what I've read elsewhere isn't that exciting for me. He's more of a technician than athlete...which tells me he has limited upside. He has some experience at playing other positions along the line, but will likely be limited to RG because of his deficiencies in straight-line speed and explosion...so that limits his versatility. When it comes to OL, technique and skill is going to get you on the field faster, and keep you there longer, than someone who’s athletic but lacks the necessary skill and technique. SemperFeist
And Gossett isn’t a bad athlete. He’s above average in all categories except two, vertical and short shuttle.

How limited of an athlete is he really? https://www.mockdraftable.com/player/colby-gossett A couple of points: 1. He's played RT and RG in college; and has the size and length for RT in the NFL. 2. His 40 time is in the 70th percentile of all IOL. 3. His broad jump is in the 65th percentile of all IOL. 4. His 3 cone is in the 74th percentile of all IOL. 5. It doesn't measure functional strength (he shows it on tape), but his bench press is in the 88th percentile of all IOL. IMO, I believe he's plenty athletic enough for our scheme to be a starter. swede700
I certainly will give him the benefit of the doubt, because I know very little about him...but, others have also said that he was comparable to Isidora...who everyone here was glossing over as well and when he did eventually play, was not all that impressive. SemperFeist
I thought Isidora played quite well, given his limited snaps. Did he step in and look like a day one starter? No. But he showed the technique and abilities that many people saw that could allow him to develop into a starter.
