We BUY our boneless rib primals for over $8/lb Hmmm. I don’t know if I trust that beef lol. Or maybe it’s just crazy cheap in some regions for some reason. all those prices are incredibly low. It’s either beef that’s been in a freezer for 6 years, it’s its old nasty dairy cows, or I need to start ordering beef for my meat case from that store. LETSGOBROWNIES
Those prices have to be a misprint. $2.75/lb for NY strip?

I think it meat that’s been sitting in a warehouse freezer for years. We get offers like this (not on ribs and strips though) all the time and either turn them down or donate them to the food bank
